Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the EU.

Can I change my delivery address later?

Please contact us as soon as possible after your order. We will do our best to address your concerns. However, we cannot guarantee that the change of address can be carried out.

How long does the shipping take?

The production time of the socks depends on the current orders and the volume ordered.
Standard shipping approx. 4 to 6 working days with GLS and approx. 5 to 7 working days with Österreichische Post AG.

Is it possible to return ordered items?

Yes, you can return unused items within 14 days. If you return products, you will bear the resulting shipping costs. Once we receive the return, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used when ordering the item. The shipping costs incurred during the order will not be refunded. 

Are the products colourfast?

We use a special process in which the paint is incorporated directly into the textile fiber and guarantees long-term color quality. We use ECO friendly colors for printing. Please note our washing instructions for optimal colour preservation.

For which sport are the socks suitable?

Our SOCKr products are suitable for all kind of sports. The premium version gives you maximum grip during sport through the grip sole, the original version is ideal for everyday use. Especially if you're on your feet a lot, the compression has a very positive effect.
